Hi everyone

Some of you will have read about the Davis Cup tie being held in Liverpool 18/20 September 2009.
However, we didn't want to miss anyone out so this is to confirm that there will be a block booking of Murray Forum Fans going along.

If you're interested in joining us please add your name below by the end of this week.

Thanks
Sally

Things are moving fast with this.

We are up to 35/45 per day so far with 2 places left on Friday, 3 on Saturday and about 5 on Sunday.

If you've not already signed up to come here's the information you need..................

Seating
We are in the FRONT 3 or 4 rows in Section 15 immediately to the right of the Umpires Chair.
No-one is in front of us - except possibly John Lloyd and a couple of British players.

Please see the floor plan and corresponding photo below.
Section 11 to the left of the Umpire is NOT for sale and we think is earmarked for the overseas Polish supporters.

It seems as though they are not putting in seats in the stage area which is dead ahead .......
Team Murray (US) will be seated in those first few rows near the group of people on the right in this photo....

Payment, Numbers and Deadlines
I've sent an email to everyone who has expressed interest (and booked all the hotels in Liverpool) giving details on how to confirm their booking.
You'll need to do this by Monday 1st June.

On or about the 5th June I'll give final numbers to ACC (the Echo Arena) and they'll release for general sale any tickets not booked by us from the block that has been reserved.

So it's very important that you confirm your booking on time.

Pricing
A group discount has been made available to us and we trust the prices will be acceptable to everyone.
They include p&p and, as ever, a contribution to a pressie for Judy who does so much behind the scenes to help us.

This is how it works out:-
All 3 days = £57.50 (children under 16 £25.00)
[B]Fri or Sun only = £25.25 (children under 16 £12.00)
[B]Sat only = £11.25 (children under 16 £5.00)
[B]Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun = £34.50 (children under 16 £15.00) [BT 37.50]

[BT] is the LTA membership - not the website from which Steven operates the Pick'ems!!!

Chidrens Deal
One child, aged up to 16, can go free when an adult ticket is purchased.
The 2nd, and subsequent children, aged under 16 have to pay the prices above.
We could probably 'adopt' children if there is more than one per member!!!

Thought I'd post a quick update on what is happening - just 9.5 weeks to go before a whole load of MURRAY fans descend on Liverpool.

The cheque has gone off to The Echo Arena and we've managed a very respectable number each day.
Names are given in the first post of this thread (http://andymurray.com/forum/showthread.php?p=309654#post309654) if you want to check you're there but here's the daily totals:-

36 on Friday (6 spare seats)
52 on Saturday (2 spare seats)
49 on Sunday (7 spare seats)

There is probably a window of about 10 days before the remaining seats we were allocated are passed back to Ticketmaster for 'open' sale.
See in brackets above the "spare seats" per day - it'd be fantastic to fill up our 'block' completely.

Soooooooooo - if anyone suddenly feels they'd like to come with us after all or you know someone who does then this probably the last chance.
Children under 16 go free. If you are interested you need to PM me so I can 'phone the box office.

I realise that it's possible Jamie won't be picked to play but this is about supporting the British team and with Andy probably playing we hope a few of the Murray clan will be there cheering away.

If the remaining seats in our block are sold to other people, will they be warned of what we are like? :rolling:

I'm sure they'all want to join! Maybe we will have takers for the remaining seats though. Interesting that there are only a few left for the doubles day, though of course Saturday more suitable for many. Of course great seats on offer!

hi sd90877, the page doesn't open properly - but what is it doing here anyway?

I think its a spambot (is that the right term?), Harriet. I reported it earlier today but don't think there have been any mods around.
